Antique Souvenir Postcard Folder - MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA MN - 22 images Unused

Unused, antique souvenir foldout postcard folder from Minneapolis, Minneapolis is in amazing condition.  It contains 22 fan-fold images -- several as seen above.  The folder is
in outstanding condition as are the postcards inside.  The only flaw I see is a very small (1/2" tear ) in the left margin of the Lake Calhoun Blvd image. I included a close-up image
of it above. Fantastic images...a paddle wheel boat at the marina, horse/buggy on Calhoun Blvd, very old cars travelling in front of Lake Harriet Pavilion, a Pillsbury Flour Never Disappoints

in a landscape shot, floor-length dresses displayed in the windows of Powers Mercantile Co., storefront signs and cars traversing Nicollet Avenue....and many more images.
Great item for historical purposes.
