This is a 4 panel double sided folder of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  It has a map of the loop and a list of hotels with rooms that rent at .50 per night.  I have guessed the date as 1940 by the cost of the rooms.  It is printed in dark blue ink.  Folded it is 9" by 4" in terrific condition.
