This hardcover book describes the history and current (1923) activities of the DAR Chapters of New York State.  Chapter origins, officers and interesting tidbits are included.  The book was published in Saratoga Springs, NY.  The prior owner's name "Florence Kennedy Chase" is written inside the book.   She was from Cobleskill, NY (1903-1997) and may have been a schoolteacher.
This book is very rare.  I searched and could not find another copy on ebay or on other book sites.  However, I am assuming this book will most likely interest a current or future DAR sister so I am pricing it fairly and so someone else can begin to enjoy this book.  It is 496 pages of pictures, lists and memories.  A most enjoyable read!
